One of the main goals for the renovation project is to ensure the building is self-sustaining and provides a boost to the town of Frankfort. This project is not only about preserving a historical building, but also enriching the town of Frankfort by creating economic development and growth.
Working with an engineering design company, the Frankfort Development Trust has created several digital renderings of what we anticipate the interior floor plan of the building will look like. As further investigation and research is done, the plans may change slightly, but currently the group is basing future plans on these designs.
